Praying Daily with Others

One of the ways you can join other sojourners on the Way each day is by praying the Daily Office.  Whether you do it in person with others or by yourself, you are joining countless others who are praying the same prayers, reading the same Scriptures, and praising the name of God.  Below you will find the Daily Office in both the Anglican and Roman Catholic traditions.  For the first two resources, you can simply read the prayers or can also listen to the audio, as well.

Free Audio Daily Prayer

  • (Spoken and written daily prayer/office in the Anglican tradition)
  • (Divine Liturgy of the Roman Catholic Church, spoken and accompanied by music – After 10 years of ministry, is temporarily down for some months; I’ll be sure to provide a link again once it is back up.)
  • (Daily prayer in Ignatian style, includes spoken Scripture, reflection, and music)

Daily Prayer Book (not online, but a good companion if you are doing The Trinity Mission’s online daily prayer).

For a brief explanation of the Daily Office, read this.
